Anyone has any noteworthy information or experience on OWASP (SCA) tools for java?

I am trying to analyze cost/feature trade-off among the SCA tools available on the market along with continuous integration on project. I personally have the experience with HP Fortify. But the licencing cost makes it out of approach for most of the companies. PS: I know google.com
