Check list of lawyer or go to your town, they may suggest.

I'm assuming this is similar in MD as any other states. You can be your own Registered Agent; basically you will then be responsible for receiving all the State/Federal communications regarding your business. If not, google registered agent in MD. You can easily find one for about $45 to $100 per year.
