Is it true that a conviction of a misrepresentation (financial doc) concerning the previous NON-IMMIGRANT VISAA makes a person ineligible for next IMMIGRANT VISA? or how does that affect the Immigration visa application? How to over come in such situation? Your information will be highly appreciated.
