Hi Nepali8, If you are working for a consultancy, also check if they are in USCIS black list. If they are, its best to not visit Nepal till you get a green card. Trillian

What is client letter/vendor letter? are you dealing with the mediator in between you and your employer? I neither have client nor vendor. Everything I do goes directly through my employer. Thank you,

@ Trillian, Is there any link to check if the employer is black listed or not ? Please provide me the link. @ Kaliya.. forgot to mention.. I am working as contractor at clients place and there is one layer in between my employer to client.

http://www.dol.gov/whd/immigra... Check this out ..this is not the latest.. I would google and find...also you can check how many h1b they have filed and gc approved. But make sure you know the details before you go back to Nepal..i had people who were stuck for more than a year and some who never returned. Trillian
