Are u kidding? Chundevi land on sale per ana 22 lakhs re, Gongabu land on sale per ana 20 lakhs re, house on sale Baneshwor 2 crore re, even a engineer in USA can't afford these prices. In the country that can't even provide proper water and electricity, land, housing etc are skyrocketing, don't even make senses. Only corrupt politicians who digests crores from Government can only afford these prices. Jun desh ko bhwang thulo tehi tesko swang besi.

Why are you so mad about it? Try to find out the root cause of it? 1: During Maoist's monkey business , they made people to find a safe place. Kathmandu the city was the safest of all. 2: In Centralized system everybody wants to enjoy all the facilities and migrate. 3: During the monkey business of Maoist : thousands of them become richer than general people , they are the one who inflated the land value in Kathmandu as well othe cities.
