I am not sure whether I am in the right section for this post or not, but would like to have suggestions on the immigration and divorce. First I got legally married in 2012, and have process for spouse immigration. Because of the ongoing arguments and disappointments for a long time, I would like to have a way so that I can have divorce legally or something that might help me get over with this relationship. She's in Nepal. She have immigration process in USCIS. My question is: how can I get divorced since she's still in Nepal? Thank you for the attention.

Get a lawyer in Nepal. They can process it for you. It can take a long time, be very costly and may be almost impossible unless your wife agrees to divorce.

Is there any Nepali lawyers that might help me discuss more about it? How about if I bring here here and then divorce?
