I don't enjoy making a public spectacle when someone seems to have issues with the way sajha is run. I always find that the solution is very easy if the person having issue talks to me directly. That does not happen most of the time but that is all fine and good. After all this is sajha where you can express your opinions. This whole thing played out very wrong in my opinion and it never needed to reach this kind of elevated emotional states. The circumstance just presented itself in such a way that we are presently at this point. I feel everyone one sajha deserves an update on the whole situation. I know that Juggy has had a lot of reservations against me in the past two days and I do not blame him at all. He wanted a certain thing to happen and I did not share the same views. I understand that it could be frustrating when your views are not taken seriously. Also, due to emotions running high, one may assume different things were said and be mad at them when, in fact, it was not the case. I will talk more about this. I think it all started with 28Ammendment's thread where he posted picture of ANA Fashion Show participants and expressed his opinion about how he did not believe they deserved to win. He may have even hinted that they did not even deserve to be in the fashion show. He had also posted a picture of 3 women from the audience initially, which I immediatedly took it out because people from audience do not deserve any comments in a public forum. I am always quick to remove pictures of non-public-figures being commented in sajha if I come across them, or am notified of it. If someone passes comments on the beauty or not so much beauty of a beauty contest participant, I personally do not find any big deal with that, and that is the something which is perfectly normal in my humble opinion and I will not moderate such comments. If someone participates in public beauty pagent then they need to be fully aware that the public are free to pass their comments regarding who is good looking and who is not. And it was in this point that Juggy had different take: He felt that just because he took the pictures, he did not think that anyone had a right to comment on the participants of the beauty pagent. Therefore, he commented on the thread asking the Original Poster to remove it - which was not done. The thread then escalated into a big 'shitstorm' as someone rightfully coined it. Some people commented on how they did not like the photos and such. The interaction in that thread from Juggy was less than mature to say the least. And if someone other than Juggy had been that vehement in throwing profanities and pornographic descriptions, I would have taken action but knowing him for over 10 years in chatroom, I wanted it to calm off by itself without my intervention. The next day Juggy came in the room to talk with me. I would have been perfectly fine with removing the said pictures from the thread if he had asked me to but in the heat of his emotions he said "I will send a formal request to remove all my pictures from your website" (* ID 585144) (Scroll down below to see log ID numbers) From my point of view, I had paid him to get the pictures, why would i want to remove all his pictures from the site? So I told him "juggy I have full right to use the pictures as I deem fit, that was the term of our agreement" (* ID 585145) (See *ID 510792 for virtual agreement) I think the whole situation would have been avoided if he had requested me to take down those pictures in the thread, but perhaps he chose the wrong words but we have to remember that at the end of the day our words represent us. If you see the chat logs, it is clear that Juggy was not happy with my response and he went on to call me "Ass Hole". I maintained my cool the whole time because I don't want to let someone's problem bother me specially when there was nothing I could do about it. Today he further went on to write about what a khattam guy I am in his last good bye thread. Even then I was fine with it, because he has a right to express his opinion. I am not mad at him. He is. He went on to say I do these things for traffic and what not. But as I said in chat log (* ID 585075), this kind of things happen in sajha all the time and one thread does not make any difference to the traffic sajha receives. In my point of view it is the collective outcome that matters and in the grand scheme of things sajha is still about providing assistance and providing virtual chautaris to Nepali, more than it's focussed on making money out of it. The financial aspect is and has always been a secondary side effect and it is never the fundamental or primary reason for it's existence. In continuing the flow of things that happened, he has accused me of using a pseudomym to attack him, which is utterly baseless. I could easily ban him or delete his messages so even his accusations are not heard but I do not need to act in the way he falsely assumes I am. I don't need to hide under any pseudonyms to express my opinions which I have done here. Contrary to what Juggy may believe I do not harbor any ill will towards him. There was a conflict of circumstance and we had a disagreement. It never needed to reach a personal level, but it was Juggy's choice and I respect that. There was another conversation with Juggy where he claimed I went to Australia to meet some girl from chat room. He was so adamant that he knew that for a fact. I don't know where he is getting his facts but to this day, I have never put my feet in Australia so it is just baffling what other assumptions are feeding his anger. Having said all this, again the crux of this whole misunderstanding is Juggy did not ask me to remove the pics from the thread. Instead he asked me to remove all of his pictures, which I also had right to. Everything else that happened afterwards was Juggy's own choice. I don't have anything against Juggy, but seems like he is harboring a little too much animosity. Perhaps it will be good if he stops visiting the site for a bit. Wishing him well.
