Hi Kiddo and Rethink, As you guys were being rational to me I thought I owe you two guys an explanation so that’s exactly what I did in that deleted comment. I did not save the comment but here is gist of what I wrote: I know how you guys feel about this, and I think I need to explain this more to you. I should not have started the obscenities toward other users on that earlier thread and by giving this explanation I am not trying to justify it. I am sorry that I said such obscenities but I am not sorry that I called him an a$$hole because that is what he is. Anyways, the thing started the day before in the chat room. I went there after uploading all the pictures for ANA and started talking with the guys there. All the guys were saying all people were so old and all. So I told them I respect all the subjects I photograph and I do not want perverts like Nas or 28th amendment peeking and passing derogatory terms about the people there, that is why I asked permission for each and every person I photographed and I would defend my subjects if people pass derogatory terms about them. I don’t care what people think about my photos but I will defend my subjects. And again someone said yeah old people pictures are not interesting so I told them maybe they should go to high school nearby to look at teenagers. Then someone commented maybe I have a thing for old people so I said yeah I have thing for MILFs, and at this moment being as hypocritical he is, Mr. San started cornering me for MILF and I said sorry. Anyways fast-forward next day, 28 started making those remarks and started passing around racist comments. As I had told I defended my subjects. And we had verbal agreement on joint copyrights of the pictures so I have as much right as Mr. San of those pictures. I don’t know how long you have known the filth called San but I have known him for over 7 years and I have met him personally this time. The love for this site and considering him a good friend was only reason I did this. There is no excuse for not having written agreement but only having verbal agreement on mutual copyrights was mistake I did for which he took advantage of. He thought he had bought all rights to my photos by paying me for the train rides. As the thread went on and on, I went to chat room to ask him remove the pictures, but as a douchebag who has no respect for friendship nor for mutual agreement he said he has sole copyrights and he can do anything with it. That was the moment I realized how big an a$$hole he is and I called him that. I am sorry for calling obscenities on that thread to other users but I am not sorry for calling him @$$hole as he is biggest one I have ever met. Added to that when I cornered him on being cheese cake he called me right after. He had my number all these time and he did not feel right to call me when I posted that formal letter, he did not feel it right to call me when things went haywire but right moment I revealed his identity as cheese cake he picked up the phone and called me. After he deleted my reply here I posted my reply from another account and he deleted that too. I have all the proofs of this and I can find thousand ways to post them again and again. So Mr. douchebag please do not delete this comment anymore. I also sent you guys message saying I will talk to you personally and I sent you guys phone number, I don’t know if he deleted that too. If he has I have proof of screenshot of that too. Anyways I am sorry to respected users like you if I have hurt your feelings, But I am not sorry for calling him an @$$hole because that is what he is and I wish everyone be aware of douchebags like him. This site is useful for all Nepalese community and I know how much it helps. That is why I always loved this site but I only wish that the owner was not such an a$$hole and douchebag. Hey Juggy, If you were so concerned about people making obscene comments about people you took photos of, you should have asked those people if they were ok to be photographed and their photos put out in public. That's the real job a responsible photographer would do. Or ANA should have told their participants that their photos would be taken by a designated ANA photographer and put in public forums. If the participants are ok, then there's no problem. This is how it should have worked. So yes, my friend, you did a lousy job. You missed your responsibility and now you are blaming San for the result of it. Get some help dude. You remind me many nepalese dudes I've met in my life and I try to avoid everyday, unstable, super-sensitive, over-protective.....
