Sajha Mitra haru! I got an offer from start up company as .Net Developer with 65K+benefits for 3 months and 80K + benefits after 3 months' probation period in the DC-Arlington region. I do have 3 years of sw developer experience in research organization not in the business. I know that work in research is a slow pace that in business is a fast pace. All experiences are real and I consider my self as a mid-level (excellent in copy paste from GOOGLE). I never worked in the east coast before...therefore hard to predict the range....
