My parents are coming to the U.S. via this route. So anyone travelling or know someone taking the same flight - requesting for little assistance during the immigration process. They are capable of doing all activities but since there English is not at the level of proper communications, just help at the POE would be very helpful. Anymore ideas and suggestions are appreciated as well !!!
