Yes. But the actual answer is "depends" whether transferable or not. You complete your bachelors or any degree in USA by completing certain number of credit hours. Most of the universities have their own evaluation centers. You present your 3 years diploma transcript from nepal to the university and they do their evaluation. You can earn your work's credit in terms of credit hours (if transferrable) which will then count towards your completion of degree. If the university doesn't have its own evaluation center, then it will ask you to get it evaluated from a third party certified evaluation center like WES.

recently I did the same, my university recommended to do from World Education Services (NY), but I found them tedious process so I choose this https://www.ece.org, easier to do and I shaved-off about 1.5 year of course work in US. good luck.

So, guys we need to Give them (ECE) the registrar office address to send the evaluation report or we can just get from it and submit to the university? and course by course or what way we need to evaluate it?

I'm in a same situation. I have bachelor degree in accounting and trying to transfer those credit I have earned from T.U . I did my evaluation from WES. Now the problem is that my university is asking for course description. Do you guys have any ideas how can I get those course description. I tried to pull out from web site of T.U but couldn't find any information regarding course description. Please share your experience and ideas. Thank you guys.

I heard it is in Jamal one of the branch of TU provides the course of study. Did not you get one or bought one when you join the college?
