All US citizen need to attend Jury Duty. If you are PR holder or in visa, you have to go to court and notify them that you are not US citizen.

You just need to reply them why you can't or are not eligible ..I was summoned twice when I was in F1.

Yeah as H2S said, just reply stating you are not eligible. I too was summoned twice while on F1.
