i rented place in my apartment to a guy called Sandeep Yadav who drives 2014 Camarao, phone number 5712948298. He moved from Virginia/Boston. and No wonder he is from the country, India. :) The guy didn't pay the rent and sneaked out. He messed up with sojo keto. so, I dragged him to the court. Ultimately, I won the case. Of course easily! :) He didn't appear in the court. Now I am in the process of  garnishment to collect my money that he owes me. Few options: 1. Wage garnishment : I don't know where that guy works. May be in past, Health Alliance Plan. 2. Bank Garnishment : I don't have his bank account information though he does have mine as I have provided him my bank information to transfer the rent but he never did. 3. Income tax Garnishment : I don't have his social security number so income/state tax garnishment is not a good option. If anyone has a good suggestion on garnishment procedure, please suggest.  Thanks in advance.
