he is not houston based photographer. I would appreciate it if it were someone who had it as a hobby and very good at it. I have a low budget for photographer and video.

Try contacting kantipur photography... They r based in dallas and they have done my friends wedding and they loved their work... I believe its www.kantipurphotography.com of i guess u can search them on FB...
