The town is safe, having mixed racial communities including Chinese, Indian, and Burmese. Community colleges, state university and private universities are within 15 miles. Cheap living cost and a lot of savings. Any serious business oriented people have opportunities to own there own business because the town has many opportunities for immigrants.
