hey guys thanks for all the support and suggestions.....It was highly appreciated. After doing all these i got my money. He deposited to my bank. It was all because of sajha and mycourage of going to media so that no one would do that anybody e. I haven't posted this thread in sajha being rational or else with any pesonal ego. I just wanted my hardworked money. I gave him two day deadline to pay me back, and had warnd that i would be forceul to take legal action against him. I had warned him to publicize this in Sajha if he would fail to do so. Regardless of all the effort i have made, he would tell me ok do what ever you can do......................i will see you in the court..........so i had to taken all these steps................... Now i am in dilema.....This is my question to all of you........... what should i do? Should i forgive him or just proceed with legal actions, coz i have already called the cops. thanks again

I am happy that you received your money, however, he could file a case against you for public defamation. In the case where he paid your money and his name and picture is still on sajha.com. consult your lawyer cos you already filed a case so that you understand what could be the possibilities he could counter sue you. Still, i salute your courage and encourage you to get an attorney.

No proceed with police complain, explain them everything, make sure his name is recorded for death threat. If he is not citizen, yet then have him good luck during background check in future. Death threat should always be reported. He have right to fire you, but you should get paid, even if you work for an hour. Shouldn't spare him, just because he is fellow country man. This is the very reason, we all migrated to this country. For the sake of us all, proceed with you police complain.

I'm sorry i had to go all these through...........I am not defaming him....i am just telling the bitter truth. I had no intention to do this. After being unpaid till two months of being fired, i could no longer being suppressed. He was warned him that this would happen. He ignored. Not only he ignored, he would be more aggresive to me and gave death threat to my hubby............He deseves this. I will delete this thread since he paid me back. Does anyone know how to delete photo from photo gallery. I am trying to delete it but, it's not happening. thanks

Death threat is a serious criminal offense. Just report him. He will be put on watchlist. But if you made up all these allegations just to collect ur dough you will be in trouble but if you didnt...just go ahead and report his threats. He cant do anything at this point legally. Eventually he will lose the case.

I totally agree with bittertruth. You seems to be very unbiased person. You are right that we should not delete this blog. You never know which side is right. May be this blog is very useful for opponent team as it was referred earlier. Threatening someone or false accusation both are crime. So no one should take it easily but make sure you have proof.

Sajha is a public forum where people have their right under freedom of speech to post their good and bad experience with public institutions, corporations and marketplace; and sajha always supports the delineation of justice and the execution of righteous action. Having said that, we have received message from the Kandel party to consider removing this posting since the payment has already been made. "pay had been deposited on her account prior to thread (14th and 18th)." I am not sure about the nitty gritty of it all, but if sajha was of any help in getting this resolved, then that is a great thing and congratulations on standing up for what was rightfully yours. The whole thing about death threat is deplorable and something that should never have happened. As it stands, part of the problem is resolved and your posting has achieved its desired effect. If lessons have been learned by concerned party, perhaps, it's a good idea to close down this thread and move on, instead of condemning someone to virtual hell forever because as we all know, search engines can provide a constant reminder to anything mentioned about you. Sujita, I have responded to the Kandel party and have given 24 hours to resolve this issue, so please let me know if you are comfortable in taking this thread down. As, others have suggested, you have the recourse of lawsuit regarding the threats mentioned and that can be taken outside of sajha. Thanks to your courage, if more people speak out to resolve their issues this easily then at some point in time we can say "न्याय नपाए साझा जानु"
