कुनै वृद्द महिलाले 'म एक्लै छु,  छोरा छोरी त छन् तर, सबै विदेशमा छन्। खाना पकाउन पनि सक्दिन,  तपाईँकहाँ भएकी मध्येबाट कोहि महिलालाई मेरोमा साथी बस्न रातिलाई पठाईदिनु भए म एक छाक तातो खान पाउँथेँ, खाना पकाएर खुवाउन सक्ने मानिस भए मलाई सजिलो हुने थियो। बरु म पैसा दिन पनि तयार छु , नत्र म पनि तपाईँकहाँ नै बस्न आउँछु, अस्तिनै आएकी महिला पैसा पुगेन भनेर झगडा गरीन्' भनेर कुनै महिलाले उता पट्टीबाट भनेको रहेछ भने यो घटनाले कुन रुप लिएला? बिवाद उठेपछि अनुसन्धान हुनै पर्छ। गल्ती वा कमजोरी होकी होईन? निष्पक्ष छानबिनले अवस्य देखाउँला। समाजसेवीको रुपमा चिनिएकी दीलशोभा दिदीले अंग्रेजीमा बाक्लो प्रोपोजल लेखेर भाडामा भुराहरु जम्मा गरि डलर कमाउने वर्गकी त पक्कै हुनुहुन्न होला। न त कुनै गैरसरकारी संस्था खोलेर सम्पत्ति थुपार्ने वर्ग कि हुनुहुन्छ। सोझो हिसाबले मानवीय कार्य गरेकी महिला हुनुहुन्छ। आफ्नो निजी घरमा सकेको जति अनाथ र बेसहारालाई समेटेर मागेरै भएपनि पनि वर्षौदेखि पालेर  बस्नु भएको छ, त्यो पनि कुनै स्वार्थबिना। हामीलाई आफ्नो कमाईबाट चार पाँच जनालाई पालिन त यति धौ धौ छ, उहाँले त पचासौं जनालाई पालेर बच्चाहरुलाई पढ्नसमेत पठाएर सरकारले गर्नु पर्ने काम गरिरहनु भएको छ। म त एउटा अपुष्ट आरोप लाग्ने वित्तिकै हाम्रो समाज उहाँप्रति खनिएको देखेर मर्माहत भएँ। केही अगाडि सरकारी बालमन्दिरमा दुध खान नपाएको खबर आएकै हो, एकदिन उद्दार गरेर समस्या समाधान पक्कै हुँदैन, लामो समय ति बालबालिकाहरुलाई पाल्न गार्&zwj;है होला। सस्तो प्रचारप्रसारको लागि एक दिन तदारुकता देखाउन त सजिलो छ, तर बाँकी ३ सय ६४ दिन ति बालबालिका र वृद्दबृद्दालाई फेरि सडकमा पुर्&zwj;याउने काम चाँही नहोस। राज्यले असाहय नागरिकप्रति आफ्नो दायित्व पूरा गरेको भए दीलशोभा जस्ता समाजसेवीले आफ्नो घरलाई आश्रम बनाउनै पर्ने अवस्था आउने थिएन।   सँधै षडयन्त्र मात्र खोतल्ने नेपालका पत्रकारले साधारण कुरामा पनि षड्यन्त्र नै देखेको पनि हुन सक्छ। त्यसैले केहि समय कुरौं, सत्यकुरा बाहिर आउँछ, गल्ती भएको हो भने पनि नियतवस नै गरेको हो कि परिवन्धले परेको हो पहिल्याउँ। गलत उद्देश्यनै राखेर गरेको प्रमाणित नभएसम्म एकै पटक दानविकरण पनि हतारमा नगरिँहालुँ। मैले प्रत्यक्ष त भेटेको छैन ।तर, उहाँका अन्तर्वाताहरुमा उहाँको आँखामा नाटकीयपन देखेको छैन। कि कुनै ठूलो नाटकबाजले मात्र यस्तो अभिनय गर्न सक्छ नभए एउटा सरल मानिसले यति लामो समयसम्म नाटक गर्न असम्भब छ। उहाँबाट पक्कै पनि यस्तो गलत काम भएको छैन, कसैलाई मद्दत गर्न खोज्दा कसैले कुनै परिबन्दमा पारेर गलत काम हुन गएको रहेछ भने पनि उहाँले गरेको पुण्यको अगाडि त्यो गल्तिलाई माफी दिनु पर्छ। फोन रेकर्ड गर्दा उता पट्टी महिला थिईन कि कुनै पुरुष?  फोनको कुराबाट मात्र एकै पटक सबै उहाँ बिरुद्द खनिएको देखेर मनमा एउटा संका उब्जियो। केही बुद्दिजिवि साथीहरुले खबर आउनासाथ दीलशोभा जस्तो उच्च मानवीय भावना भएकी मानिसलाई वेश्यालय चलाएर सम्पत्ति थुपारेको जस्तो गरी टिप्पणी गरेको देख्दा दुःख लाग्यो। केहि साथीहरुले उनले बिस्कुट बेचेको देखेको कुरा पनि गरे, म त यस्मा कुनै गल्ति देख्दिन, बढि भएको बिस्कुट सँग आफूलाई चाहिएको ग्यास साट्नुलाई खराव भन्न सकिँदैन। सबैले खाने कुरा मात्र ल्याएर हैरान पारेपछि खानेकुरा राख्ने ठाउँ अभाव होला, आफूलाई ग्यास सकिएको होला वा पानी चाहिएको होला, बच्चाहरुको लागि कापी कलम चाहिएको होला। खानेकुरा फ्याँक्नु पनि त भएन अनि के गर्नु त्यो बढी भएको खानेकुरा? हिजो रमेश खरेलको खबर, आज दीलशोभाको खबर, के यो प्रायोजित त हैन? “नेपाली समाजमा कुनै राम्रो मानिस छैन- त्यसैले खरावनै ठीक” भन्ने मान्यता बनाउँदै “जय भ्रष्टाचार” प्रमाणित गर्न खोजिएको त हैन? http://m.setopati.com/blog/890...

The more I read about this story the more fishy it sounds. There are numerous facts that can be verified and corroborated and hopefully some good journalist will do their due diligence to bring out the truth. One thing that really bothers me at this moment is the identity of the person who filed the report. As and party being blamed, do I not have the right to know who this alleged wronged party is? If found guilty, there should be the utmost severe punishment, but lets not get ahead of ourselves and find someone guilty until proven innocent.

Agreed. Punishment should be delivered to those who are found wrong. If the accuser is wrong here, they should be hold accountable as well.

You guys are missing the point. It is a person's democratic and human rights to go the police to file a complaint about anyone. It is then the duty of POLICE to do basic due diligence to check the credibility of the person complaining prior to filing an official complaint. After an official complaint is logged, prior to making any public accusation, it is the duty of the POLICE as well as GOVERNMENT PROCURATOR to investigate and be certain that they have sufficient proof they can present to the court after an arrest is made. Don't blame the guy/gal for accusing but blame on our government authorities.

Mindurbusiness, do you know what the problem is? The problem here is people like you who always read the right stuff but come to the wrong conclusion. Where in my post do you see me complaining that a police complaint was filed? Yes, it is a right of every man to file a police complaint with 'sufficient enough' evidence. The problem here, as I have mentioned above is twofold: i) You have the right to file complaint, but I have the right to know your identity. You cannot hide behind the curtain and hurl shit at me while your identity is being protected. We need to know who filed the report, first and foremost. ii) The evidence presented might be 'sufficient' to start a police investigation but does it hold water in the court of public opinion? (the answer btw, reading the reaction of countless people is absolutely and unequivocally, NO!) The way these journalist have presented the news, they have already held a trail and found her guilty of the said act. That in my opinion is utterly unfair to her. That being said, I still think that she should be punished if she is found guilty.
