Why are you working for someone who doesn't provide W2? You can easily find jobs in American companies with your Green Card Status.

You'll need to pay be a tax-paying resident to become eligible to apply for US Citizenship. Go to a local church or a community center. In most cases, they offer to file taxes for free for those with low-income. In your case, you will most probably end up paying little/no taxes provided that you were able to prove it. Since you didn't work in W2, your chances are quite high.
