I applied for re-instatement for my F-1 on sep but i got notice about denied of re-instatement so any one have idea about re-appeal or other option left. thank

i have done reinstatement process. and submitted each and every documents they have asked for me. all financial documents, college transcript , letter from dso of college and etc.but now i got letter regarding denied my application. they had send me one letter for notice for reappear /motion,.but what they said is like i must have strong reasons to support my case. we have to prove them that their decision was legally incorrect. that means we need to hire a lawyer and go through the process. so do u have any ideas on it / or any option (alternative option to be in status)

Can you give some detail like when did you go out of status, and how. and waht have they mentioned in the denial notice? reappeal can be done but it has to prove that their decision is wrong or they overlooked some facts.

i was out of status from starting of last summer ( spring semester after) it took me almost 1 year to get decision. when i go out of status i had applied after like 1 and half month. what they said in letter is that , they after studying science in university why u go to english school for reinstatement.

Have u ever applied for immigrant visa , I 130 and I 485. If so then they will deny ur case
