Need suggestion

Does Nepal has any cyber crime law or not? I need a suggestion about a face book account. I heard one of my friend has got the friend request from a account that has same his name and picture of him. Somebody might be used that and i know its a identity theft. So if that somebody stole his identity then what we can do for that? Please write me what we can do for that...the friend request he told me is pending because he did not accept it until he want find out who is or are they? Anybody know where we can go to report it and find those guys?

I know there is a separate unit in Nepal Police to look over internet crime. And these days, particularly it is facebook.

Nepal has Cyber crime law as well as CIB-the special bureau that looks into these cyber crimes. go to Hanumandhoka and file a complaint
