Take it to any of the mobile store in newroad and they will unlock your phone. And if they dnt unlock then they tell you where to unlock them. Costs about 10,000 - 15,000

yes, they can be unlocked. what carrier are they locked to?

That price is not reasonable but the price to get the code to unlock iphones has gone up very high in last six months. If u have a att iphones then they will unlock ur iphone for free. u just have to meet certain criteria. Verizon iphones come unlocked.
