Hello, I am currently in H1B visa. I was in F1 for last 10 years. I am going to request my boss to file green card for me. I did my Bachelor and Master from US. After Bachelor degree I worked on OPT in the restaurant as server and also was in consultancy taking training. Because of recession I did not get job for a year and was living in consultancy guest house and working in a restaurant. It all happened 4 years back. Question: 1. Do I have to tell that I was working in restaurant as server (4 years back for 4 months period) while filing green card? (EB2). What happens if I do not put that I was working in the server. 2. Do I have to tell I was in consultancy taking training but did not got job during initial 1 year OPT. During extension of 17 months I got a self job. What title do I need to put as an "intern" in consultancy? 3. Since I was in consultancy and in restaurant at the same time can I just say I worked in consultancy and not in restaurant? Thanks, Bivek
