Have him go to outlets that sell mobile phones and accessories in/around Peepalbot (Photo Concern). I got mine unlocked for NRs. 1500 a couple weeks ago. This is basically a go-ahead to get his unlocked for cheaper. Should your "friend" fail to get his unlocked, feel free to pm me.

Hi instead of taking your phone to stores to unlock it you can easily unlock it by yourself with the help of online providers .You can easily get your samsung Galaxy S4 mobile unlocked from network lock using sites like ClassicUnlocking.com here they are rendering unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost .You first verify that whether they are rendering code for your country and network provider .If yes then pay for it and unlock your phone .

Monius, the site that you shared shows 50 dollars as the cheapest option. I had my phone unlocked for 1,500. What's more reliable? 50 dollars or 1,500?
