I am moving out of my one bedroom apartment located in El Cerrito, California ( 10 minutes to San Francisco) walking distance to Bus and BART stations. There is no contract. Rent is $1300. If you can sign a lease, then the rent will be $1200.  The apartment is very nice, peaceful, and safe. It is nicely landscaped and you will see a blue pool and green grass on the courtyard once you step out of the room. There are only 28 families in the apartment complex. All are professional and very quiet. There is a manager who lives on the complex itself and any problem you have will be heard 7 days a week any time.
