Cost of Building a House in KTM (structure only)?

I'm looking to get a ballpark figure on building a house in Ktm. I already have land and just need to erect a house on it. Probably looking at 1200 sq ft per story and about four stories high. Nothing too extravagant, but it will probably look decent when it gets done.Any ideas? Thanks.

आजभोलि पिलर बिनाको घर किन बेच पनि हुन् छोडेको मात्र हैन : पुराना पिलर बिनाका घरलाई भुइचालो बाट बचाउन नया प्रबिधि र चलन सुरु छ रे ? पिलर हालेर बनाईने  घर हरुमा  बाहिरि गारो १४-१८ ( अनुमान मात्रै हो है ) भए पछि भित्रि भागमा इट्टा को सट्टा अरु सामाग्री को पर्योग गरिन सकिदैन ? काठको सट्टा तिनमा  sturd राखेर डमकि डम प्लाइ वूड वा अन्य सामग्रीले भित्रि गारो बनाए चाडो र सस्तो पर्ने थिएन ( अमेरिकी घर )  ? बिजुली वाइरिङ्ग गर्न पनि सजिलो स्पेस को बचत हुन्थ्यो जस्तो लाग्छ ?
