Hello all, I am thinking of applying asylum through HelpNepal (helpnepalforever@live.com). I am little bit skeptical about its reliability. How reliable is it? Has anyone ever applied through this organization? OR please share your knowledge/experience about the best way to apply asylum.. Your invaluable suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I would go to a lawyer with an office. I dont think I can trust someone with a hotmail address. Go to a practicing attorney or some nepali paralegal, who you can talk inperson. There are lots of those people in NY or california.

Terimaatorilaaure, feri aayechha ... *************************** This is to confirm that helpnepalforever has been reported to USCIS in september 2013. All previous posts, emails and conversaitons have been sent as well. FYI, the minimum sentence for 1 crime could e up to 10 years with $250K in fines and penalties. If the crime has occured inter-state, meaning involving different states, this will increase the punishment. Finally the punishment will also multiply by number of fradulant cases filed and will reverse the decisions as well as punishments for the preparers as well as seekers. Hello sumangurung, from where did you file your asylum? I mean Cali or NY or TX? How much did they charge you?

Looking at suman's post history, he is a dummy account. Only two posts on same topic. Also assylum cases are taking about 1-3 years curretntly. Do not believe he has actually completed his process, even if he filed. I think is time for periodic cleansing that happens on Sajha every year. SAN dai
