Sure, if they are doing it in a legal way, there's nothing to be worried about. Your post, "Asylum ko lagi kehi kagaj ya Katha.." immediately raises flags. So you will help them with "katha" as well? My problem isn't with the ones who are being helped; I am genuinely worried about those who will pay you to get help and later will be summoned by INS/DHS for fraudulent case. I am willing to give you benefit of doubt so I won't report anything yet. But I will caution whoever will be using this service to use due deligence. You don't want to be in the same boat as thousands who had obtained greencard through this immigration racket (comprising of lawyers) in CA who filed fraudulent documents. These lawyers were debarred and already awarded GC's were revoked.

I don't know why some people are so mad at helpnepal when they do provide good service and all the people who works there are good people and did my paper works through them and it turned out to be perfectly fine , so people do what you think is the best either way the chances are 50/50 and its all upto you.

 I am not against asylum or helping each other but coming here everyday and advertising everytime might get serious trouble to those both parties. Be carefull guys, 29 year jail and deportation is result of immigration fraud.

I don't usually log on to my sajha account but today I couldn't help myself to post something, I just want to thank helpnepal for what they have done for me , everyone don't have enough time to do everything school assignment work and I just didnt had time to make a everything needed to file asylum and on top of that I didn't knew what the heck asylum was, if some one wants to help and charge some decent amount of money then why not atleast one problem is out of my head, and now after a year I happy coz my GC is in my hand shining.  Balmatlab you should also tell USCIS how Nepalese show fake bank accounts to come to USA, then work off campus in gas station and food chains from Midwest to South to North, inform them how many Nepalese are staying illegally in US, how Nepalese married mexicans and blacks for Green Card, how these F1 students show fake experiences from Indian consultancy to get a H1, and how those F1 students who violates working off campus applies DV lottery and when they get slected they were not supposed to get as they violated working off campus while in F1 status. The purpose of the posting was to teach a lesson for "unauthorized practice of law" for the group operating possibly out of California or new York in the name of helpnepalforever. And its an irony, sajha deleted the posting! anyways .... as a preparatory, sajha.com might as well go down, if ICE determines that sajha provided a forum for the interstate crime to be conducted. therefore, I humbly request sajha admin to ban such advertisers which may tarnish sajah's image as well. for helpnepalforever, it turns out ICE has already received a similar complaint for someone else earlier and the investigation has been going on for a while now, per email acknowledgement I got. Beware, Feds have the tendency of posing as a service seeker and busting once they have gathered all evidences such as tracking your IP through your email communications, locating your machines (multiple IP addresses found per response received), locating your mobile devices, monitoring of your cloud/skydrives and google docs, forensic examination of the documents submitted so far, which have been showing "some degree of similarity", monitoring of the bank account transactions showing money sent and money received.. etc etc In some occasions feds would be watching you, following your car from home to work and to home and also bugged your vehicle and phone. watch out.
