Folks, what are some places where we could've sent/submitted copies of our Nagarikta? On a similar note, can someone with an expired passport travel to Nepal? What alternatives does a person have if his passport is expired and has to travel to Nepal?

होइन भूमिगत हुने विचार गर्नु भयो कि क्या हो | मैले बुझे अनुसार तपाई आफ्नो नागरिकताको प्रति पेश भएका कार्यालयहरुबाट पुरानो नागरिकता झिकेर नया बुझौन, वा नागरिकताको कपी नै गायब गर्न (प्रचण्डले भूमिगत हुनु भन्दा पहिले स्कुल, कलेज बाट फोटो/नागरिकता गायब गरे जस्तै ;) ), वा सक्कली नागरिकता हराएको ले ति अफिस मा गएर नागरिकताको कपी गर्न चाहनु हुन्छ | नगरपालिका/गाबिस, police अफिस , अनि passport निकाल्दा जिल्ला प्रसासनमा पनि पक्कै तपाइको नागरिकताको कपी हुनु पर्छ \ अनि मेरो बिचारमा expired पस्स्पोर्ट लिएर नेपाल जान केहि हुन्न |

One of my friend recently tried to travel to Nepal but was sent back because his passport was expiring in three months. I don't know the details tho.
