bbmb, why don't you try western union. They take some commission but its reliable.

 WEstern union is the best possible solution :) $10 for every transfer upto 300  and if u plan on visitng nepal urself, just add in nepal with ur banker and withdraw it in nepal. its the same cost,  I personally dont think paypall lets u withdraw money in a dollar!
