i -130 approved, whats next

I am currently in F1 visa and my wife applied me i-130 which got approved. My friority date is septemner 2011. I was wondering if i can apply for AOS for 485 for green card or not. Do I still have to wait for my priority date to be current or not since I am inside US. Please share if you have any info on it. Thank you,
