How do you find job civil opt ?

 Hi graduated from Master's program in civil(hyrology) program looking for job. Could any of you (professional) in the engineering (pref. civil) field share the experiences how did you find and got the job. I have applied for every opportunities (indeed.com)  but could not get a ring or even call for interview. And does this big companies e.g. CH2MHill, Arcadis, actually call you for interview if they would need a sponsorship in the future.  I think it could be helpful for other people like me who are in the same boat.

I am in the same boat . Civil engineering masters in water resources. No luck at all till now. Lets see if any other have got some opportunities .

By taking some training in IT/Computer Science. Civil Engineering is good degree to work in IT/CS field.
