 This one is worth noting, more kids from top 20% richest family die  in India than in Nepal. looks like there is problem either with data or with Indian Health care system. And, the death rate gap  between top 20% richest and poorest is also wide in case of India.

 Compared to Nepal other south Asian countries invest more on new born still they have higher death rate. I thnk they need to re-evaluate their system of care
