Paying for  Heath Insurance through School since last three years. Never have to use it. Thinking of utilizing my health insurance for some checkup. Should I find hospital and find the particular department under the network of my insurance provider  like we visit hospital in Nepal.  OR Should I find a doctor or healthcare professional (Internal Medicine, Family Practice) under network?
