 Okay here is the deal. I am tooo tired of seeing photos and getting requests to joing groups claiming that buddha was born in nepal/that mt. everest is in nepal etc etc. So I started the following page for people who think alike. Why should we care if Siddartha Gautam was born in nepal or bahamas? Why does it matter? Moreover, when he was born there was no Nepal or India. I think we need to let go of this inferiority complex now. I mean, have you seen/herad people of palestine go head over heels to claim that Jesus was born there??   Also, if we really care that much about Buddha, shouldn't we follow his teachings? Didn't he tell his followers to let go of their egos?? anyways here is a facebook page dedicated to not hanging on to buddha/mt everest/ Gurkha soldiers for our identities. (last but not the least, why would anyone be proud of the Gurkha/Gorkha soldiers?? all they did was invade and kill other people.) Peace https://www.facebook.com/jesus...
