Explore the hidden talents of students making a pathway to Guinness world Records re? I loled hard. "Appreciative Approach" sounds like a novel idea - atleast back home. Would you mind elaborating a little more ? I am just curious.

 "less burden of homework and extra tuition" very contradictory........ give them homework that is deemed necessary. homework chhai less diney ani extra tuition???? k faida bhayo ra bhanya....??
