Job Placement companies

 Hello Friends, Does anyone have any experience with svksystems.com or Sysfore Technologies, Inc. job training and placement company? They just emailed a Terms and Condition letter with a the following stipulation and I do not have much idea to what this 75-25 % is. "After completion of 12 months of employment, you can convert to 75-25 percentage without any other benefits."  Can anyone recommend a job placement company? I am looking for an opportunity in Atlanta area. (BI/Operations/Analyst/SupplyChain field) Thanks, TC

 exactly what it says if you work for a company through them, lets assume you work at bank of america and get paid $40/hr, the placement company will keep 25% of the pay and give you 75% of $40/hr WITHOUT any other benefits like health insurance, paid leave, vacation etc
