Where does N Korea get the money to build such projects? Either it is just a threat to the Americans or there must be some other country to its back. If its not china, then is it Russia? I think It could a propaganda to keep the American allies in tension as both sides are aware of the consequences of nuclear war. But who knows, time will tell the facts. For now, lets not panic.

 China is the key ally then Russia may or may not be but being communist definitely Russia is helping too. I always say America should leave these two Koreans alone so that they will kill each other, let Iraq invade others n muslims kill each other, leave Venezuela alone, Cuba alone but u know how US is? They don't want communism prosper nor they want other countries prosper who has diffrent agenda compare to them.
