 they do quote you one exchange rate and give you slightly less becasue of "adjustment in  exchange rate". I had sent something to nepal and selected "gift wrap" option, but they simply delivered with no wrapping! Also, they tried to trick one my friends when he sent heater. they charged the full amount but delivered another model but the same name brand. they did not even find it necessary to inform the original sender of the "swap" and kept the full amount rather than issue refund the difference in price. my friend got to know about this after he asked his dad the make and model of the heater. it took Muncha 1MONTH to give the right product since they were out of stock. Thamel.com is overpriced. I hope these nepali companies would deliver a professional service at REASONABLE price rather than charge 2 times the market price of stuff!

 Sent saree to mom.....price was so expensive ..when delivered it was of cheap quality Sent Kurta to gf....they deliverd the defected peice...when she found out and inquired then they changed it but do not know to better or cheap quality... sent money home for bhai tika 5 days before tihar started..was not delivered even 3 days after tihar was over..but they gave me 4 free money transactions for that....

I am trying to send some gifts outside the valley, hearing the comments I don't feel like to use this muncha and the problem is I habnt use any such websites yet. Does anybody knows for sending gifts outside valley or please share experiences beyond Kathmandu valley deliveries.

moneytonepal.com is not bad. They have good customer service and the best part is they deliver to home for free. Firstly it kinda looked sketchy since it's not that very popular compared to Thamel and Munch but never had a problem.  Jai Nepal

bro haru thamel.com is best... i've sent thousands of dollars.. after my first few transactions they started delivering money on the same day i order... customer service is nice... one time i put an oder for like 3000, they delivered the same day but the transaction did not go through my bank.. i called them and paid the amount later and the guy was so humble... he even gave me back like 30 dollars maybe for being honest... i recommend thamel.com
