 Seeing all these ads, I also got interested to know about the price of my house which is not for sale. It rents out for around Rs 12,00,000 yearly. If I have to sell it, how much would be the asking price?

@jhapaliketo, That's a lot of rental income!. Congrats brother. Maybe 5-10 crores, but these days you could price it anything but if people do not buy it, i guess it doesnt matter. When they try to get married, bride side always ask how much property groom has. Sometime I feel funny whether they are trying to get married with a person or property.

@jhapaliketo  ooh ya i forgot they always try to secure their life by getting married to materialisic and don't wanna make their own. Sometime I have seen them securing their life by getting married to 60 yrs old rich man when they are in their 20s.

@ old jeans, i have no property or land in Nepal. So mero chance chai aba gaun tira ko gareeb keti khojnu parla tyahan ayera. Malai ta old hindi film style mandir mah bihe garnu mann parcha maala lagayera.  Yes you are right, Achel ta marriage bhaneko nai dekhawati ani $$$ display garne bhayo.
