I don't know who wrote that article but those figure, espicelly related to hydropower is hard to believe. 2000 MW in next 5 yrs through projects already under construction , I don't know abt it. In last 5 yrs I don't think they have produced more then 100 MW . Nepal has good prospects because of two mega economy and its small size , if out politics is better.
