freedom2012, 1ropani.com is better than hamrobazaar if you want to look at real state listings. It is very very difficult to sell a pland/house for more than 1 crore these days. Yes, the price of land is high but nobody is buying them. One of my relative spent more than 1 crore building his house few years back and is trying to sell it (with 4 annas of land) since many months but he has not found any buyer. I think putting money in bank that gives 10-12% interest is the best option these days.

nobody is buying house these days, u will get bit cheaper beacuse of slow bussiness.
