My owner said whoever takes the lease, lease will be for 5 months only as I mentioned above. If you want to extend the lease it is your choice. This is the best place to live rent (includes all utilities) wise, Grocery wise ( H Mart, Target, Safeway, and many more in walking distance), and 20 mins drive to DC.

Published in craigslist this morning 2 hours ago and I got 10 responses already  who want to see the place. I wanted to rent out the place to some nice nepalese as it is a very very good deal for this area. But alas! I wouldn't be too excited about people responding to an ad posted on CL. Scammers, thugs and in worst cases, serial killers and rapists are known to be notoriously preying upon innocent victims.  Be cautious and make sure a few men are in the apt when you're showing it.  Good luck!

lol. I know as much about craigslist as you all know. anyway thanks for advice. Coincidence is so far all are ladies who called me. TV for people who don't have. But selling a 47' LCD samsung for $200. That will be sold in craigslist too.
