 they work hard with no doubts, but they don't go through practical systematic method which without proper systematic program they just begin the work.they should start with systems so that everyone can appreciate and follow the rules.

 How many promoters does the site have? Seems like Krishna Dongol, Mo Maharjan (who commented using fb), mohanem, saroj_tansen and [Disallowed String for - excessive promotion] are all associated w/ it. Kasto jhur patas promotional/marketing efforts ho.

 "[Disallowed String for - excessive promotion]" - that popped up when I mentioned someone's username.  Nobody labelled this as an official promotion (the idea sounds hilarious, anyway). You gotta take criticisms and negative feedbacks that come your way. There are rooms for improvement, no doubt.  But at least, I can watch several Nepali movies that I can't find anywhere else on your website now.
