Friends,  Perhaps it is a trivial question: If you are trying to get a Nata Pramanit btn you and your sister, what format would you use? In the document, who would you include:  1. Yourself and only sibling you are going to apply? 2. Mom and dad, yourself, and only sibling that you are trying to apply? 3. Mom and dad, yourself, all the siblings regardless of who you are applying for? Have you done this before? Does it matter that much? Your response would be appreciated.

 Get a official type sheet. Put you entire family's pictue and name, The official will sign it and stamp it. Thats about it.

Yaa, Go to the District  Nagarpalika, they do have a format for the relationship. They will change it as request and put all the pictures and sign by the officer. They have english version of it which is accepted by  US government and USCIS.
