The lyrics seem to be hindi but the actors look Nepalese. Somebody wanting to go the Gangnam way i suppose.

Exactly. I was totally confused when I first saw this video in FB. The actors looked like they are Malaysian/Philippino. Even the style of the video looks South Asian. Quality of video looks slightly better than average Nepali pop video Lyrics and accent sound like Indian music. I guess they were trying to do go viral with the dance moves and all as freedom said. All in all, a catchy song, not too bad.
