Although it seems you are only targeting Nepalese customers, make sure to keep the kitchen/cooking stuffs clean. A little compromise might put you in jail and/or significant fine. By the way, buffalo meat ni paincha ra tya?

@ rupas:  i am not renting any space but will let know everyone before i do that. anyone intrsted free tasting can contact me and i will give direction. this will be my starting (since there is no many places to taste nepali food in houston ) so i cant put a big budget at first. illegal is also big word, i ant establishing big restaurant without license. its just home food to only nepalese in houston.  @ freedom2012:  thank you for ur official song. either sarcasm or official :)
