Notebook Help?

Dear Sajha computer Geeks, I just bought this about 3 weeks ago. Sony VAIO SVE15128CXS i7 3rd gen 15.5" 8GB 1TB Win 8 Silver Laptop Notebook Now, it won't start,. when I press power button. most of the time it gose blank grey screen and sometime it says starting autorepair. I am guessing HD crash. Is there any way to fix. It has windows 8. OS. Please help, if any. Thanks in advance.

1)IF in usa why dont you return it for a new one as it has been just 3 weeks? 2)If above not applicable then u can try restore factory settings. Holding alt + F10 at boot might start this process for many sony models.
