There is no visa named just 'H1', rather 'H' types visas are categorized into 'H1B', 'H1B1' etc. 'H1B' is visa for skilled, trained/educated workers, with minimum of undergraduate degree. If you have an undergraduate degree, & a job in a degree related field , your employer can apply for H1B visa for you.
