It's going to be one hell of a task finding a property within your budget in the desired locations. Did you try looking up classified ads on Kantipur Daily? (you can check the .pdf version)  Good luck!

 @riddle, the amount is just my estimation. Need to know where is the property located before you price it. However, I can go over few more lakhs, if the property is in the right location as I am looking for... People are saying that the selling property became very stangnant nowadays, do you think this will make difference in the cost?
