Buying Gas Station, 7 Eleven or Subway ?
Do you guys have any experience or idea about Gas Station, 7 Eleven or Subway business? One of my relative wants to invest some money on that kind of small business. What do you guys think will be a best idea Gas station, 7 Eleven or Sub way? How much money is needed in the beginning? How difficult it is to get bank loan? Guys please share if you have idea. It will be very useful to us.
